Paper towel available for use on back of toilet. This is not sanitary. - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: EHO had to physically watch staff change out batteries to ensure this item was completed. Do not ignore violations of inspection reports. Items to be corrected are to be corrected. . Corrective Action(s): Ensure battery is replaced in paper towel dispensing unit and paper towel dispensing units are functional at ALL TIMES. NEVER store single use paper towels on back of toilet as this is unsanitary. . Violation Score: 5

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Scoops to be removed from dry storage bins ITEMS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: - Battery for paper towel dispensing unit in staff washroom was not functional upon arrival of EHO. EHO had to wait until item was replaced to ensure it was corrected. This is an item that should have been completed months ago as it is unsanitary to place paper towels on the back of the toilet. It is the expectation of the EHO that this will not occur again. ITEMS CORRECTED: - Cleaning has occurred
