-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front service area cooler was at 4C.
-Coffee area coolers were both at 4C.
-Soft serve hopper was at 4C.
-Milk dispenser were at 3C/4C.
-Fry and McNugget freezers were at -15C/-9C.
-Hamburger freezer was at -15C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked and discarded as per the food safety plan.
-Shelled stored at room temperature and time tracked. Eggs discarded if not used within 2 hours.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labeled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and hot air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until October 10, 2024.
