Corrective Action(s): - Fresh prepared food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual concentration. Store all cleaning cloth inside sanitizer solution prepared in bucket at atleast 100ppm chlorine solution

Observation: - Floors are greasy
- Exhaust canopy is past due for its cleaning schedule,
- Grease accumulation observed on the exhaust canopy, on counters, rice cooker, behind donair machine, back dishwashing area, all handles and knobs
Corrective Action(s): - Clean the above mentioned areas and maintain sanitary conditions in the premises

- Door seals of upright cooler are worn out
- Handsink in front area was leaking
Corrective Action(s): - Call for service of the undercounter cooler, ensure that temperature is maintained at less than 4C. Continue to store all food items in upright storage cooler
- Replace the door seals of upright storage cooler and ensure that the door closes properly when closed
- Fix the leak at front handsink

NOTE: Tables in patio were arranged with 8seats and it was observed occupied by 7guests. Rearrange seats to allow no more than six seats per table to comply with PHOs order
