Communicable Disease compliance conducted. Ensure that hand sanitizer sign is posted at soft-drink machine.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs test strips available.
Walk-in coolers, prep cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezers and stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed. Pest control company in place.
All food stored 6 inches off the floor.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
