Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Hot held items measured at 60C and higher. General sanitation is excellent. Ice machine in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is excellent. 3 compartment sink fully equipped and in use. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time (observed few dead pests). Kitchen ventilation hood is in a sanitary condition. Next cleaning schedule: 2022 October 26.
