Observation: Rodent droppings were found in the dry storage room and behind the dry storage containers. Facility is serviced by professional pest control services on a weekly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings. Monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed. To prevent further infestation, ensure all potential entry points are sealed and foods are stored in pest-proof containers, food waste is removed from the kitchen daily and all standing water is dried up daily.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -12C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser and spray bottles were at 200ppm. Bottles were properly labelled.
-Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 14, 2023.
