Reviewed items from previous inspection. Sinks look better; less drain fly issues under counter, but the floor drains and gray water going into them still a concern. These areas require extra maintenance and actions to minimize organic matter re-growth along the pipe walls. Re-growth of this type is often associated with odours that should be controlled or re-directed through proper venting. Recommend discussing options with chemical supplier to control issue for both odour control and drain fly breeding and harbourage. Recommend discussing additional fly control strategies with pest control company.
