Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 14, 2021.
-Sauces made the morning were cooling in bucket (half full) in the walk-in cooler and were at 6C to 9C.
-Did not observe any mouldy foods in the kitchen at the time of inspection.
-Back handwash station was serviced and is no longer leaking water.
-Foods were covered and protected from potential contamination at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out at the facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest infestation.
-Did not observe utensils wrapped in aluminum foil at the time of inspection.
-Facility continues to have continued pest activity. Continue to have facility serviced by professional pest control services and follow all recommendations of your pest control operator.
