Comments

-Submit new floor plans, a new business plan and a new Food Safety/ Sanitation Plan by December 19th, 2018.
Part of the Food Safety Plan was received during the inspection. It should be clarified that all foods will be provided in single use containers and that no food handling will be done on site. Details regarding the supplier must be provided as well.
The Sanitation Procedures must include the updated cleaning procedures and schedule, sanitizers used and information on the glasswasher maintenance (test kit, record keeping etc.)
A new application form was completed during the inspection.
