Observation: The ice machine had visible mold growth in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Empty the ice machine, clean the mold, sanitize the inside of the ice machime, then resume using the ice machine.

Observation: There were mice droppings spotted by the stand up coolers in the back of the kitchen. The owner did confirm that there is presence of mice.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the mouse droppings then sanitize the area with 100-200 bleach solution. Make sure to frequently clean and sanitize until the pest problem is resolved.

General sanitation is good.
Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71 degrees C. on plate surface during sanitizing cycle.
Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm bleach solution.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot holding units operating at or above 60 degrees C.
Fume hood cleaned and serviced.
FoodSafe Certified staff present at time of inspection.
The bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap and paper towels.
*** There is an ongoing pest issue. It is recommended to increase the use of sticky traps and also to add mouse traps. Additionally, scan the entire perimeter of the establishment and look for any holes or other entrance points and seal them with steel mesh. If this does not help with the pest problem, it is recommended to hire a pest management company. ***
