Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Acquired a spray bottle and filled a chlorine solution. Bleach measured 200ppm. (one teaspoon of bleach to 1L of water)
Please acquire more spray bottles.

2. Ice Machine observed to have middew growth (mould).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please reorangize the walk in cooler to ensure that ALL raw foods are stored below ready to eat foods.
2. Please discard all the ice, clean, and sanitize ice machine.

Observation: Lots of rodent droppings in the back storage room and kitchen area. Rodent box traps observed.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize all areas that have rodent droppings. Please ensure that the box traps do not contain poisonous baits. Please ensure pest control company is visiting more often to eliminate pest activity from the facility. To be corrected by: Apr 6, 2023

Observation: Lots of dust, debris and clutter (cardboard) observed in the back storage room. This makes it easy for pests to hide and have harbourage.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and organize the back storage room. Please seal off any holes/gaps to the crawlspace/outside so pests are not coming in. To be corrected by: Mar 27, 2023

Observation: 1. Rodent droppings observed throughout the back storage area and kitchen.
2. Grease and grime observed through out the kitchen (handles of paper towel dispensers, underneath equipment, shelving, etc)
Corrective Action(s): Please do a deep clean. Remove all rodent droppings and sanitize the area. Please sanitize using 1000ppm of bleach solution (1part Bleach:50parts Water) To be corrected by: March 24, 2023

- All coolers =< 4C
- All freezers =< -18C
- Hot holding soup >=60C
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse measured at <72C
- Ventilation hood well maintained.

Note:
If sanitation has not been improved by the next follow up inspection, a correction order will be issued. Please ensure all rodent droppings in the facility are removed by March 24, 2023.
