-Follow-up inspection to April 13, 2018.
-Rice is now being cooled in shallow metal trays in the walk-in cooler. Rice made this morning was at 5C.
-No potentially hazardous foods were being stored on the stove at the time of inspection. Butter sauce is now warmed up as needed.
-Pakoras for the buffet service are now made in smaller quantities and refilled more often.
-Light cover along the kitchen has been replaced.
-Did not find any mouldy food in the kitchen at the time of inspection.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-2-compartment sink has been serviced and is no longer leaking water.
-Did not find any used aluminium foil in the facility at the time of inspection.
-New food is no longer being added to the old food in the buffet.
*Foods by the glass door entrance to the walk-in cooler were at 6C. Relocate the cardboard boxes directly between the fan and foods to allow for better air circulation.
