- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
> replace battery in paper towel dispenser
- good handwashing practices observed
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at dispenser and spray bottle
- three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection
- switch bottled drinks and platters on back shelving - platters are at ankle height and may be contaminated by the footwear of passersby - switched at time of inspection
- declutter back area

Discussed COVID-19:
