Overall food safety appears good.
Cleanliness is pretty good, although a bit cluttered in the back kitchen.
Fridges are <4 Celsius.
Sanitizer tested 200 ppm bleach. Good.
Very little sign of pests. Good.
Hand sinks are stocked.
Noted that Turkeys are cooked on site, and premise offers fried eggs. This may violate city bylaws as there is no commercial ventilation with fire suppression on site. To be referred to city permitting department.
