- Ice machine appears clean and maintained. Ice scoop stored outside of bin.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing of in use utensils/equipment.
- Blender pitcher is washed and sanitized in the dishwasher after each use.
- Scoops for rice is stored in ice water. Scoop is cleaned and sanitized (or replaced with a clean one) every 3 hours.
- Salad bowls and tongs are replaced with clean ones every 3 hours.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection
- Quats sanitizer present in back kitchen and front service/smoothie area. Concentration in spray bottles and bucket measured 200ppm.
- >50ppm chlorine residual detected on dishware after dishwasher cycle. Test strips present for monitoring concentration.
- General Manager has completed the Foodsafe level 1 refresher course.
