Follow up inspection conducted: -Ice machine is now clean -All boxes stored off floor in walk in cooler -Back door screen was properly closed -Sanitation has improved behind deep dryer; ensure to continually clean -Sanitizer bottles (two) in kitchen are now labelled as Sanitizer- good -Handwash stations (one at bar and one at prep cooler) were both free from obstruction. As discussed before, ensure not to leave any items inside these sinks as they are designated handwash sinks.
