- Corrective action: Keep back door closed when not in use to prevent entry of flies. Clean regularly to remove food sources and moisture for the flies.

Observation: - Screen door is broken. It is no longer capable of keeping insects and other pests out. Screen doors must be in good working order to prevent entry of pests into the premise.
- Corrective action: Ensure door is closed when not in use. Repair screen door so it is capable of preventing pest entry.
