Permit to operate was posted in a conspicuous location.
Shift Supervisor had recently taken the FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course (valid until 2023-08-04).
Handsinks were adequately supplied in the food service establishment (kitchen, staff washroom, and customer washrooms).
Walk-in-cooler was at 3.6 degrees C (4 degrees C/40 degrees F or less) at the time of inspection.
Other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer temperature was satisfactory.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths. Sanitizer was being changed every 2 hours based on the time stamp on the sanitizing pails.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 74.9 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
Ice machine and ice box were in a clean condition and the scoops were stored separately.
In-use utensils were stored in clean container filled with ice.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
*An informed dining inspection was conducted as well.
