The countertop can opener was cleaned. Will be replaced within 6 months when the store is scheduled for renovation. Ventilation baffles were cleaned. Contact the professional cleaning company to clean the ventilation canopy hood at least every 6 months Molds were removed from the walls behind the 3 compartment sink. The 3 compartment sink tap will be replaced within a week.
