Remove mold from the walls in the walk-in fridge. Operator had made plans to have the walls cleaned and painted within the next two weeks. Clean inside the undercounter reach-in fridge. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Obtain a new thermometer for the under counter fridge. The one that is inside is not working. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted.
