Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed hot case at 33.7C and chickens/hams are cooked and held here throughout the day
2. Observed sausages on the grill at 35C
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please note: Hot holding temperature is 60C or above. As there were no times on products - product discarded at time of inspection.
2. All hot foods must be held at 60C or above. Discarded at time of inspection. Either hold at 60C or above, or cook to order.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed samosas thawing at room temperature since this morning. At time of inspection, samosas checked at 18.7C internal temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Please note appropriate thawing methods are:
1. In a cooler at 4C
2. In a cold water bath (water changed every 30 mins)
3. Or as a part of the cooking process (less than 2 hours from frozen to fully cooked)

All product discarded at time of inspection.
