Comments

-Old droppings found in a container in the downstairs storage area. Discussed with the manager on site. Pest control comes on site and no other issues were found at the time of the inspection. The glasswasher has been fixed and had 50 ppm chlorine. Records for the coolers, freezers, glass washer and dishwasher on site. Ensure that they are checked daily. Chlorine test strips and a max hold thermometer for the dishwasher are on order. Sanitizer spray bottle was replaced.
