Follow-up to inspection conducted on Apr 13, 2023 - Sanitizer jug for the dishwasher has been replaced with a new one. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected. Ensure sanitizer levels are monitored and test strips are used daily. - General sanitation has improved. Continue to clean up food debris regularly. Continue to clean up rodent droppings as they appear. Poor sanitation in future inspections may lead to enforcement action (ie. correction order, violation ticket).
