Observation: Pest control reports from previous visits outline areas of premise where sanitation is poor and is promoting further pest activity.

Storage room is cluttered, boxes, equipment, unused shelving on floor are interfering with ability to clean premise and monitor pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): All corrective actions identified on pest control reports must be acted upon in a timely fashion to discourage further pest activity.

Storage room needs to be better organised, limiting items stored on the floor to allow for ease of cleaning and pest monitoring.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas: storage room around mop sink, ice machine, staff change area and 2 door freezer. front kitchen area under dishwashing sinks, on floor under front service counter and on shelves below cashier.

Walls around sandwich prep area and wheeled cart have build-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.

Premise sanitation must be maintained on a daily basis.
