Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Time stamps used for some food items.
NOTE: Ensure to have the labels discarded once expired and updated to reflect the most current information.
- High temperature achieved 72.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm QUATS available in buckets to hold wiping rags. Dispenser at correct concentration.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Drink stirrers stored in ice.
- Professional pest control company contracted- Phantom. No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
