Code 306 corrected. Walk-in cooler shelves and floor has been cleaned. Both walk-in cooler and freezer have been organized so that all food items were in shelves and protected from contamination. Code 308 still outstanding. Paper towel dispenser just need to be installed. Operator will be installing way before next routine inspection. Code 307 - butcher block - Operator is looking for thick cutting board to put on top of the butcher block.
