Follow up inspection was conducted:

-A violation ticket was issued to the Operator as Section 14(2) of the Food Premises Regulation under the Public Health Act and Section 99(1)(k) of the Public Health Act was contravened as noticed on the routine inspection report on March 22, 2018 (refer to inspection report AHEN-AX4U36).
-A very small amount of rodent droppings were still present below the pallet, which requires detailed cleaning with bleach water to remove them. Rodent droppings on the floor around the pallet were removed.
-Upright cooler was at 2.1 degrees C.
-Storing and/or displaying potentially hazardous food (i.e. food with internal conditions that can support the growth of bacteria and/or production of toxins) at a temperature above 4 degrees C and below 60 degrees C has been a repeat violation over several inspection reports based on the compliance history. Further enforcement action (e.g. compliance review meeting) may be undertaken as per Fraser Health's progressive enforcement policy.

Note: The corrective ORDER issued under section 32 of the Public Health Act on November 9, 2017 is still standing and must be complied with. Failure to comply will result in further enforcement action as per Fraser Health's progressive enforcement policy to achieve compliance with the Food Premises Regulation and Public Health Act.

The following is to be done by the Operator:
-Resubmit to the district Environmental Health Officer with a copy of your food safety plan specific to the current procedures at this food service establishment (including the complete and current list of food items served/sold to customers, ingredients list, safety steps from receiving until serving/sale, the critical control points, critical limits, monitoring procedures, and corrective actions). Correct within 1 month.

Please contact the district Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions.
