Scoops in place, handle pointed up at bulk bins Scoop for ice bin is stored outside of unit at front Sanitizer in use in kitchen - However, observed orange cleaner still in use up front Configuration at prep cooler inserts has been adjusted and they are now laying flat. temperature <4C Ice bath appropriately prepared Garlic butter now stored in an insert in prep cooler Knife storage has been improved - magnet in use Storage bins have been cleaned Quats test strips on-site Thank you for your efforts
