Follow up Inspection to PDHL-CHSSQU: - Food items were protected against contamination; foods were covered with plastic wrap and there was no stacking of foods - Food premise was maintained in sanitary manner: 1) Coolers were organized 2) walls and floors underneath equipment were clean *Operator will maintain a schedule to do a deep clean** - Operator had maintenance person repair ventilation hood and increase speed All previous violations corrected.
