A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 79.2C at the plate's surface. The dishwasher can be used to wash and sanitize dishes. - The owner has purchased a waterproof thermometer to monitor the dishwasher's rinse cycle temperature. The rinse cycle temperature shall be at least 71C or higher inside the dishwasher (plate's surface). - Dishwasher has a wash and rinse cycle, the rinse cycle runs for 12-15 seconds. - All violations have been corrected.
