Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A flat of eggs are noted at the table where eggs are prepared. Food internal temperature is measured to be 10.7oC.

Observation: Facility has added preparation of raw eggs since last inspection. It is prepared at the back with a ventilation meant for baked goods.
Corrective Action(s): As preparing eggs generate grease laden vapor, a commercial ventilation is required. Until you get confirmation the existing ventilation system can be used for grease laden vapor, do not prepare eggs. Written approval must be provided to resume.

Note:
1. Delivery just arrived at time of visit. Currently facility is sharing storage room with Campus Cafe. It is apparent storage room is not big enough to accommodate two facilities in one storage room (in addition to office space for Campus Cafe). Additional storage area for this facility should be considered immediately. Food boxes are observed on floor due to space issue.
2. At the front retail area there is one sink on each end. The sink on the left is a handwashing station, while the one on the right (closer to the back area) has a sign by sink indicated it's not a handwashing station. Standard layout of Tim Hortons usually has a handwashing station on each end. This will be discussed at follow-up inspection, once approved plans are reviewed in the office for confirmation.
