Corrective Action(s): Quats jug attached to dishwasher which is the wrong sanitizer, Order proper sanitizer and keep extra on hand as this is a repeat violation

Observation: Repeat Violation- Hand sink on cookline again blocked by food preparation and food items.
Corrective Action(s): Items cannot be stored or cleaned in the hand sink. Remove items from the two compartment sink by the meat slicer and use that as a prep sink to avoid this issue

Corrective Action(s): Hand wash dishes until dishwasher as proper sanitizer. 1) Wash and rinse dishes in one sink 2) Santize with 100pm Bleach in the other sink.
Purchase sanitizer test strips (Chlorine) so dishwasher can be tested regularly for the appropriate amount of sanitizer
