Observation: Observed droppings in the corner behind Pepsi cooler. Unable to identify if the droppings are new or just left uncleaned. Regular cleaning of all areas are required to maintain sanitary conditions as well as for monitoring pest activities.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the droppings. Ensure to wet them to avoid aerosolizing the droppings.
