Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BQ8SW8:

Only a small quantity of cold potentially hazardous foods observed stored at room temperature. To be cooked immediately.
All gravy hot held above 60 degrees C.
Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Staff washroom hand sink and designated hand sink in front area clear of obstructions, provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Kitchen reorganized, all unnecessary items discarded, only small amount of dirty dishes/utensils waiting to be warewashed.
Continue frequent cleaning underneath and behind all equipment. Less fly activity noted at time of inspection. Reminder to also discard organic waste quickly.
Light cover in place for light fixture in the back.
