Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ATAUZY On site meeting with owner. All cleaning has been completed--thank you. Please ensure that going forward, cleaning and sanitizing is being done on a routine basis to avoid build up, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. Two glass coolers have been removed from the premises and food is now being stored in one of two walk in coolers. Storage space is adequate. Metal wire racks has been installed both in the storage room and the nearby walk in cooler. All foods are properly stored off the ground. In use utensils are stored safely.
