-All coolers were below 4 degC -Walk-in freezer temperature was at -19 degC -Hand sinks were fully equipped -Dishwasher rinse has 100ppm chlorine -Water filters have been changed. Next date for filter change is December 2019. -Temperature logs are being maintained. -200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for use. -Abell pest control Company is on contract. No concerns noted. -Manager is aware of the Romaine lettuce recall from Salinas Valley, California region. He discarded the ones he had on-site and hasn't ordered any more.
