Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on floor of the back entrance and underneath storage shelving units.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized as discussed at this time. A copy of the pest control inspection to be provided to the health inspector by the follow-up inspection.

Observation: Floors and back area require better/more frequent cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all floors cleaned and back area decluttered and reorganized. Remove all cardboards/containers that are no longer in use.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating below 4'C; freezer operating at -18'C.
- Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. 200ppm Quats available.

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Friday, July 21, 2023.
