Missing tiles in dishwashing area have been replaced Operator has removed some cardboard boxes at the back. Ensure that area is checked often for pest activity. Still outstanding: -->Operator tried to fix screen door in kitchen; however, gap between old and new screen noted. Remove both screen and fix again. Note: Provided operator with invoice of operating health permit fee for 2018-2019.
