-Follow-up inspection to August 14, 2023. -Walk-in cooler was serviced (refrigeration gas was added) and was at 4C. Ensure accurate thermometer is present in the cooler and staff monitor the temperature daily, and contact service as needed. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface. Ensure staff continue to check the sanitizer concentration daily. -Cleaning of the vent covers has been carried out. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
