-All fridges <= 4 deg. C
-Hot hold foods >= 60 deg. C
-High temperature washer 71.1 deg. C at plate level
NOTE: washer is indicating an error message on readout -operator called serviceman

-General Sanitation - pass
-Glass washer >12.5 ppm Iodine sanitizer residual
-A Plus Pest Control comes in biweekly - no activity as per last report -no signs of pests observed
NOTE: public washrooms have been renovated -Fetal Alcohol warning signs missing -these must be posted as per City of Burnaby bylaw -a few extra signs will be dropped off

COVID-19 Protocol Reviewed:
-Masks worn for all workers
-Place settings on tables 2m apart
-Plexiglass barriers at cashier
-Warning sick sign at front door
-Reservations logged for contact tracing
-Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of chairs and non-food contact surfaces at dining tables
-Review materials emailed to operator
-Place a sanitizer dispenser at self-serve customer condiment cooler
