Follow up inspection:
-The Sandwich was cooler was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less. The 45 minute defrost cycle for this cooler occur at 8AM, 4 PM, and 12 AM (midnight) according to the operator.
-Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink.
-A probe thermometer was available in the cabinet under the hot-holding unit.
-QUATS sanitizer was available for sanitizing the F-real Milkshake machine.
