Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse has no sanitizer detected. The chlorine solution container in the machine is empty and a refill solution is not available.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher must have a final rinse at the plate at 50ppm chlorine solution or above. Refill station and in the mean time use the 3 compartment sink method to wash, rinse and sanitize all utensils and equipment. Refill of station required in 2 days.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back kitchen hand washing sink did not have paper towels at the time of inspection. Refilled needed.
