A staff member working on-shift had completed a FOODSAFE Refresher course and had valid FOODSAFE training on-site (valid until the date stated on the wallet sized certificate).
Handsink near prep. table / food service areas was adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Handsink in the washroom was adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler was at 3.8 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less).
Under-the-counter cooler was at -1.1 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F) or less.
Sandwich prep. cooler and drinks cooler (with milk inside it) was at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Walk-in-freezer was at -18.6 degrees C (-18 degrees C / 0 degrees F) or less. Light bulb was in good working order inside the walk-in-freezer.
Hot-held meatballs and soups were at or above 60 degrees C / 140 degrees F.
