Observation: Floors underneath cook line equipment have not been cleaned. Large amounts of grease and food debris accumulation observed.
Corrective Action(s): Pull out all cooking equipment (grills, deep fryers, etc.) away from ways to clean and sanitize floors underneath. This must be done on a weekly basis!! Clean floors under cook line equipment on the same weekly schedule as ventilation canopy baffles.

** Updated floor plan for bar renovations still needs to be submitted to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca

- Sanitation still requires improvement. Ensure to follow a cleaning schedule.
- Reminder that all hand sinks must be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
- Liquid soap is now available at bar hand sink
- Small freezer unit has been defrosted to remove ice build-up
- No pooling water observed on floor of walk-in cooler - continue monitoring and mopping as necessary.
- Cooler doors and handles were observed to be clean at time of inspection
- Ice cream scoop was not held out at room temperature in between uses
