-Note: The fire department has requested for the owners to not use the kitchen hand washing sink due to the electrical panel behind it. The 2-compartment sink can be used in its place. Ensure that it always has soap and paper towels.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach spray bottle tested at 100 ppm.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
No evidence of pests, traps in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
