Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution unavailable at time of inspection. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
Staff made sanitizer solution in three compartment sink at a concentration that is less than required. The instructions indicated a volume of water too high for the amount of concentrated chlorine. Re-calculate formulation according to:

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are making sanitizer at the start of the shift and using the sanitizer throughout the day.
Re-calculate formulation according to: 1 tablespoon bleach per 1 gallon of water
Obtain and use Chlorine testing strips to verify concentrations used.
