Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer bucket accessible and dishes stored properly on shelves. Dish washing to be done in deli area as they have 3-compartment sink for properly washing/sanitizing all food equipment. The 2-compartment sink in sushi area is only for small food equipment that requires more frequent cleaning/sanitizing
