Corrective Action(s): - Wash, rinse and sanitize scoops and and lids of bulk storage bins.
Ensure that it is cleaned and sanitized on regular basis

Observation: - Several bulk for food storage have bowls for scooping out food
- Several food items are left uncovered in walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): - Use scoops with handles and ensure that the scoops are stored in such a way that the handle does not come in contact with the food
- Cover all food items in walk-in cooler with well-fitting lids or with plastci wrap to protect from contamination

Observation: - Dirt and food debris accumulation observed in the corners and below storing shelves in walk-in cooler
- Area under prep table and storage of bulk bins

- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers - walk-in and drinks - are less than 4C
- Upright storage freezer is functional and is measured at -10C
- Hot holding unit for rice is greater than 60C
- Hot holding/ steam table is measured between 62-66C
- Sanitizer solution in bucket is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection. One staff member has valid certificate
