Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration was 50ppm quats in the containers used to store the wiping cloths for the wands (under the espresso machines). Timers are not being used anymore as per staff on duty.
Corrective Action(s): Refresh the sanitizer solution more frequently during "rush" hours. If timers are not used, staff should be using the quat test strips to check the sanitizer solution regularly to determine when it needs to be refreshed.
