Comments

Hand wash stations were adequately maintained (provided with soap and paper towels).
Quats sanitizer in buckets measured 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution.
Walk-in beverage cooler & walk-in food cooler registered at 2-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. No condensation observed at time of inspection.
High temp. dishwasher reached 75.5 deg C at plate surface.
Hot holding for potatoes and chicken was at 65 deg C (in back cooking area).
All coolers in the front service area were at 1-4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups/chilli was at 75-80 deg C; beef/chicken slices was at 65-70 deg C.
Pest control in place. No signs of pests were observed.
Temperature log - digitally recorded on tablet. Some are on paper when WIFI is not working.
Staff washroom and public washrooms were in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was ok.
Ensure to thoroughly clean the floor in the back especially in the walk-in cooler.
